COMING - ON-LINE ENTRY SYSTEM
As the Committee and event organisers we have decided that, beginning with the March T-shirt Training Day, nominations will be taken online at www.nominate.com.au. Postal entries will still be accepted, though we hope that it will be a natural progression from paper to online as the ease of the system becomes apparent.
We believe that the service offered by this website will simplify nominations to the advantage of organisers and competitors. As all current committee members hold full time employment we believe that this will help reduce the workload and help minimise missing entries and payment anomalies.
The online entry system allows for multiple rides and there is provision for riders to ask for special requests. The website link will be posted on our own Halt and Salute. Online memberships are not being offered as yet, though we now accept direct deposit payments for membership fees.
Please have a look at the website and you will see that there are over 50 clubs that use this online system with Alexander Park being one of them.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Membership fees can now be paid online directly into MVD&HC's account BSB 062 603 Account 10460935.
Please make sure you put your last name in the "account description" so that we know who is paying........ with your deposit you also have to fillout your Membership form and Waiver. Make sure that they are both signed and post off to: Coralie Burnett, 76 Stoney Creek Rd, Kimbriki, 2429.
### NB that the Taree Showground Waiver Form will be required to be filled out and returned to Edith Cheers or the Taree Showground Caretaker if you intend to ride on the showground or use the 3 MVD&HC arenas. Taree Showground requires this form to be completed by all riders. Make sure that you fill out the dates correctly ie: 1 january 2010 to 31st December 2010. This will cover you for a whole 12 months instead of filling it out each week that you ride there.
The fee for using the showground on a Wednesday for MVD&HC members is $6.00
