The 2010 membership form is available to download in the link below, included in this form is the Bank Account details if you wish to pay online. Make sure though that you sign both the membership form and waiver and post off to Coralie Burnett - 76 Stoney Creek Road, Kimbriki NSW 2429.
Both the Membership and Waiver forms will download as one and you must read the EFA Code of Conduct and (Initial) the appropriate section to state that you have read the COC - Please read the Code of Conduct.
